We understand everyone has unique needs and individual circumstances; this is why we do our best to work with you personally. With that in mind, we need to have a cancellation policy that is fair to both you, the business and the integrity of our guests experience.
A cancellation affects many layers of business. With very limited space on each SRF Vacation, once the package/room has been booked, the spot becomes unavailable for someone who could have booked otherwise. The resort, SRF Vacations and the local economy is impacted every time a cancellation occurs whether the decision is made by the guest or the business.

To confirm your booking for your upcoming SRF Vacation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required.
The remaining balance of the retreat package is due 60 days before the retreat start date.
We accept VISA, Mastercard or wire transfer
Cancellation terms apply when the decision to cancel was made by either guest or host
Any booking cancellations made 59-31 days prior to the retreat start date will be subject to forfeiting the 50% of the total retreat package paid for.
Any booking cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, are subject to forfeiting the full cost of the retreat.
All deposits minus the initial deposit of $500 USD with be refunded.
