We understand everyone has unique needs; this is why we do our best to work with individual circumstances. With that in mind, we need to have a cancellation policy that is fair to both you and the business.
A cancellation affects many layers of business. With very limited space on each SRF Vacation, once the package/room has been booked, the spot becomes unavailable for someone who could have booked otherwise. The resort, SRF Vacations and the local economy is impacted every time a cancellation occurs.

To confirm your booking for your upcoming SRF Vacation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total retreat package is required.
The remaining 75% of the retreat cost is due 60 days before the retreat start date.
We accept VISA, Mastercard or wire transfer
Any booking cancellations made 60 days prior to the retreat start date will be subject to forfeiting 50% of the initial deposit.
Any booking cancellations made less than 30 days of the retreat start date, are subject to forfeiting the full cost of the retreat.
